The main working mechanism of the labeling machine is composed of a labeling device, a labeling device, a printing device, a gluing device, and an interlocking spell.
1. Standard supply device. The labeling device refers to a charging device that can supply and deliver label paper according to certain technological requirements during the labeling process. It is usually composed of a standard bin and a pushing device. The standard bin is a device for storing labels, also called a label box. It can be designed to be fixed or oscillated according to requirements, and its structure has two types: frame type and box type. Box type standard warehouses are used more. It is mainly composed of a bottom plate and two side plates. The distance between the two sides of the plate can be adjusted to adapt to the size change of the label. Generally, a spiral device is used for adjustment. Comb teeth and other structural forms are used to prevent labels from falling out of the bin and to separate the labels one by one during the bid-taking process. A label pushing device is provided in the standard warehouse, so that the labels in front can be continuously replenished after being removed. Common bidding devices have several forms as shown in Figure 7-1. Figure 7-la is a pulley type. The label box is designed to be inclined. When pushing a bid, the inclination angle and the weight of the pulley determine the pushing force on the label stack. Figure 7-lb is a hammer type. The label box is horizontal. The pushing pressure determines the weight of the hammer. It needs to stop when replenishing the label. It is mostly suitable for vertical labeling machines. Figure 7-lc is a lever type, whose standard box is erected. From the top surface, the standard supply force is determined by the size of the counterweight. As the standard paper decreases, the push plate automatically rises. It is suitable for horizontal labeling machine, with simple structure and high productivity, but needs to stop for supplementary labels. Figure 7-ld is a spring type. The pushing pressure is the spring force of the spring, which changes. When the label stack is thicker, the pressure is greater, and vice versa. The disc spring can be used as the spring, and it needs to stop when replenishing the label. It is suitable for vertical labeling machines.
The above several types of standard supply devices are fixed when the standard is supplied. When the standard box is required to move, a set of crank linkage mechanism and cam mechanism is generally used to make the standard box move and swing. 2 is a schematic diagram of a swing-type label box. The label box 1 is composed of a support plate 5 and two side plates 6. The distance between the two plates can be adjusted with a small screw 4 to suit the width of different labels. A label blocking claw is provided at the front end of the label box 1 to block the label. The bidding device is composed of a slider 13, a steel rope 12 and a spring disc 7. During the bid-taking process, the label is continuously pushed forward to supplement the removed label. The entire target box is fixed on the seat plate 2. The two-arm lever 9 is fixed on the pillar 3, and the right arm thereof is connected with the rocker 17 by a bolt, and the rocker 17 is fixed on the transmission part of the seat plate 2. The swing of the two-arm lever is driven by the cams 10 and 11, which is fixed on the shaft 8. The shaft 8 is rotated by the vacuum drum transmission system through the gears 16 and 14, so that the standard box is completed to approach the vacuum drum and the following drum. Swing motion in the direction of rotation. When the label box is close to the drum, the roller 18 pushes the valve to make the corresponding part of the drum turn on the vacuum and suck the label.
